1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using YourPickLTD and its services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and applicable law. If you do not agree, do not place an order or bid.
2Product Information
We aim to describe each pallet or bundle accurately. Check the individual listing for its condition, contents and images. Clearance or mixed-stock descriptions do not remove any statutory rights that apply to your purchase.
3Orders & Payments
Fixed-price orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are in GBP. The total shown at checkout includes applicable delivery and VAT. You authorize the selected payment method when you place an order.
4Auction Bidding & Payment
Each auction sells one unique lot. Your proxy maximum is private and your bid is binding once accepted, subject to any applicable statutory rights. The leading bidder wins only if any reserve is met. A bid near closing may extend the timer under the published auction settings. If you win, you must pay the final bid plus applicable shipping and VAT. You authorize the saved PayPal method to be charged after closing. If automatic payment fails, you have 30 minutes to complete payment through the secure link provided. If payment is not completed, we may offer the lot to an eligible bidder, return it to stock or re-auction it. We may take lawful steps to recover sums due or losses arising from non-payment where appropriate and permitted by law. Nothing here removes applicable consumer cancellation or other statutory rights.
5Shipping & Delivery
We deliver to supported United Kingdom addresses only. Delivery costs and arrangements are shown before you pay. We will communicate order and shipment updates through your account and email.
6Returns & Refunds
UK statutory consumer rights apply where relevant, including remedies for goods that are faulty or not as described. Eligible distance purchases may also have cancellation rights. See our Returns & Refunds page for details.
7Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, YourPickLTD is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or its services. This does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8User Responsibilities
Use the site lawfully, keep your account credentials secure, and provide accurate contact and delivery details. Auction participation requires a confirmed email, a valid delivery address and an active approved payment method.
